1. TOMATOES!
2.  A SWEET PEPPER!
3. Cauliflower
4. Broccoli
5. Cabbage
6. Carrots — multi colors and stockier Scarlet Nantes storage/cooking type
7. Beets
8. Lettuce Mix — with a little bit of Mizuna and Arugula
9. Cucumbers
10. Zucchini / Summer Squash
11. Beans, yellow and green
12. Mint — try putting a sprig of mint in your water bottle and just leave it there for the week as you keep refilling.  A nice mild refreshing way to stay hydrated!
